Synfang's News

Got a new song that I plan to release on Halloween, just as I've done for every Halloween thus far (would do more holiday special songs, but I'm usually preoccupied around those times, especially Christmas).

More specifically, it's a kinda short dubstep song that I'm planning to release. The song will be titled "Ghostep" (obvious blend of "ghost" and "dubstep"), and will kinda be a mix of Phyrrna's "Hexxenacht" and Nightkilla/Rukkus' "Nine Circles" (hopefully I spelled those all right; I'm not sure) in terms of its sound.

Be sure to stay tuned for that!

In the last week, my remix of "Cycles" by DJVI has accumulated over 1k listens, nearly 100 downloads AND made the front page of Newgrounds' Popular Audio section, making it the most popular song I have ever uploaded anywhere. For that, I'd like to say, thank you, to each and every single one of my viewers. I owe all of you for getting me this far, and am beyond grateful. I hope I can have equal or greater success in the future! Love you all!

In case you didn't get the memo, I'm finally returning to uploading on here as well as YouTube and Newgrounds. I've returned now that I'm confident that I can keep doing what I love while in college, which is make music.

To kick off my return, I've dropped a remix of DannieloCQ's "Deltalovania"! Be sure to check it out!

Thanks to all, especially to those who helped me and stood by me through this rough time!

I don't know if any of you in my Newgrounds fanbase are aware, but I have a Discord server, an invite link to which appears in the description to almost all my YouTube uploads going back to January 2018. Admittedly, it's a very small server right now, with under 20 members. I do want to grow this server, but more importantly, I want to hear more of what you guys have to say about me and my work, and I want you guys to be able to get to know me a little better not just as a musician, but as a person.

This being said, I'm gonna leave a link to my server here in this post. Feel free to join if you want!

So, Halloween is on the way, and I've decided to take another attempt at a Halloween special. For this one, I've decided to toy around with a horror melody and turn it into a progressive house song. I'm probably gonna be finished within a week, but of course, delaying release till Halloween. Hope you guys like it when it's released!

I would like to make a shout-out to Waterflame, a very famous NG artist who recently commented on my remix of his track "Hexagon Force" from Geometry Dash. Very excited to see my idols noticing my work!

Okay, yeah, I'm being a bit of a fanboy, even though his comment wasn't glowing with praise (still gave 4 stars tho). I'm sorry. I'm just excited about getting noticed.

Thanks to all, especially Waterflame, for listening to my music!

Admittedly, I'm a few days late on making this announcement on NG, but as of a few days ago, I've officially been in the music business for a full year! I celebrated this anniversary with the creation of my remix of Problematic by Nightkilla/Rukkus. I hope to have it up on NG soon, and I hope you guys enjoy using my music for Geometry Dash (admittedly, that was a major reason I started making music: I wanted to contribute more to the GD community than just demon levels never to be rated)! Thank you for a good first year, and I hope to have many more!
